The M-Enabling 2020 Virtual Leadership Briefing is a program of the M-Enabling Summit, a Conference and Showcase in its ninth edition, annually hosted in Washington, D.C. by the Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technologies (G3ict) and E.J.
